How can I pay for my purchases?
You have three payment options: PayPal and credit card.
Will my order be confirmed?
As soon as you have paid, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order. This means that your order is being processed. To avoid any problems, please make sure that your order is final and contains your full address.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 working days.
How can I find my order?
We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you include the “Track your order” link on the retailer's website, you can track your order here.
Where does my order come from?
To ensure that we can charge fair prices for our products, we have chosen to ship the products to you directly from our overseas supplier. This way we can save on storage, transportation and packaging costs and offer you the products at a good price.
How can I return them?
We are curious about what went wrong with your order. Send us an email at Chichers000@gmail.com and wait for our team to send you the return address. If you return the item to the wrong address, we will not be able to refund your money.
Where has my refund gone?
Items that are deliberately refused for delivery cannot be refunded as they are not sent back to our factory in Asia. You can return the item to the return address we have provided if you do not wish to keep it, but you will be charged for the cost of return shipping.
