1. general conditions of use

Chichers.com is the marketplace for Parsolution B.V. (91620023) These terms and conditions apply to the business relationship between Parsolution B.V. and its customers. Services and products provided by Parsolution B.V. are also subject to the contractual conditions of the respective service provider. Parsolution B.V. reserves the right to change these conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of the order, which can be found on the Chichers.com website.

Parsolution is not liable for damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is defined as unforeseeable circumstances or a change in circumstances beyond the control of Parsolution B.V. is obliged to inform the customer immediately of the occurrence of force majeure.

Chichers.com and Parsolution B.V. welcome all private and business customers. The business relationship is subject to the applicable EU regulations on consumer sales, marketing and advertising. In any business agreement between business customers and Parsolution B.V., these conditions take precedence.

For business customers, the name, telephone number and e-mail address of the contact person as well as the company ID, postal address, telephone number(s) and, if applicable, the billing address must be provided.

The customer data is stored in Chichers.com and Parsolution B.V. customer registration, if it is used to maintain customer relations. Parsolution B.V. and the affiliated online stores also have the right to process and share the data in the register for legitimate purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99).

The privacy policy in accordance with RODO is available on the Chichers.com website. Customers can object to the use and processing of their data for marketing purposes and review their personal data by contacting Joyfoots.com customer service. 3. pricing

Prices include VAT, but not shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. In the case of obvious pricing errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a significantly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error.

We always check prices at the time of order processing. If the price falls, we adjust it to the customer's open order. If, on the other hand, the price of the product increases before the order is shipped, we will deliver it at the original price.

Parsolution B.V. reserves the right to restrict the sale of products in exceptionally large quantities.

The age restrictions for products are observed in accordance with the law. To order products in the K-18 category, please provide Parsolution B.V. with your date of birth.

4. delivery

Chichers.com and Parsolution B.V. Ltd. offer a wide range of transportation services. For more information about the delivery methods and their contents, please visit our website. The Chichers .com shopping cart automatically takes delivery offers into account. For technical reasons, products for one order may be delivered in several shipments. In this case, we will ship the entire order as soon as the last product is in stock.

Our aim is to process your order within 48 hours of receipt. A completed order means an order where all products are in stock and reserved for the order and the payment method for the order has been accepted.

Chichers.comand Parsolution B.V. are not obliged to reserve other products of the same order for the customer if the availability of a product is low or its delivery is delayed for reasons beyond the control of Parsolution B.V. Alternatively, the consumer can accept a later delivery of the delayed product or cancel the order. The shipping costs for the subsequent delivery will be calculated according to the applicable standard price list. The products in the order are reserved for a maximum of 7 days, after which the order will be canceled, unless the customer has agreed to a later delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions of Chichers.com and Parsolution B.V.. If the ordered goods are not collected from the post office within the specified period, the customer will be charged the full delivery costs incurred by the company.

5 Warranty

The warranty is subject to the warranty terms and conditions set by the manufacturer. It is the user's responsibility to read the warranty conditions enclosed with the product before using it. The warranty conditions can be found in the user manual, on a separate warranty form or on the manufacturer's website. As a rule, the warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects in the product. The warranty period is specified in the product information.

Warranty repairs are always carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's or importer's warranty conditions. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer or its service department directly, as this will speed up the process and is in your interest.

6 Complaints

When returning goods or complaining about a defect,the customer is obliged to provide proof of purchase, a receipt or other proof of the place and time of purchase. Parsolution B.V. reserves the right to charge the buyer for the costs of searching for the receipt.
